How We Grade

At Eze, devices are graded as new, used, or refurbished. New devices may be sealed or open boxes, while refurbed are by manufacturers or 3rd parties. Used devices are letter graded with A (like new) to C (just functional). Apple devices have grades such as ASIS+, ASIS, or CPO.

Grading Criteria

Each device is thoroughly tested, data-wiped, sanitized, and individually bubble-bagged with an IMEI/serial number. These devices have passed all key functional tests outlined in the Functionality Testing tab below. Our grading system ensures transparency, helping you choose devices that match your needs.
